Tenant-scoped tRPC mutation satusehat.setCredentials. Requires a verified session cookie or an OAuth Bearer token; OAuth callers additionally need the simrs:write scope. Mutations are RBAC-gated server-side (requireRoles) — a broad scope never widens the user's roles.
